Already! How quickly pass the days!

Whenever I see a birch, I want to peel off the entire bark. What does that say about me?!

Each of these three lines offer up so much. I'm drunk on your word choices. How excellent.

Haha, just reading this made me feel all slurred and slow. :)

Likewise I am yawning that I might sleep through the coming nude season.

Atrisa, beautiful words. More than a few of us feel like the roots.

Karen, yes, it was very much a November forest last weekend in the mountains.

Jasmin, but it's right there for the peeling, right?? How can one resist? :) Thank you!

Oddyoddyo13, very cool! I like walking around with the camera and just snapping up what I find there.

Walking Man, that sounds perfect.

SarahA, thanks! I like how poetry is a push to communicate in new and interesting ways.

... while over on this side of the planet...
humid heat rises
blue sky grows dark and heavy
summer storms brew

Oh I love/miss walking thru woods like these at just this time of yr, listening to the trees creaking/murmuring in the Nov winds.

Lovely!
