Thanksgiving Wishes

I hope all of you in the States had a wonderful thanksgiving! I heard a collective sigh of relief in the forest. Not a bad life to be a wild turkey, all in all.

Enjoy a warm weekend with family and friends!

Yeah I think they had it better than their domesticated cousins. MMMM MMMM I even have left over peanut butter and strawberry preserves from my dinner. Need a loaf of bread though.

Chloe and I were sitting in the diningroom this morning eating breakfast. When, all of a sudden, a lone turkey ran quickly past the window! I called out - "Relax! It's over!"

Hope your Thanksgiving Day was wonderful.

The turkeys here in Northern California are pretty bold. One November morning a few years back, there were two sitting on top of my car. I said, "Guys? Shouldn't you be, you know, HIDING?"

Walking Man, time for a nap, my friend.

Kaye, ha! Run, little guy, run! Hope you had a wonderful time too.

Tabitha, now the deer are nervous.... ;)

Karen, hope you had a great weekend!

Sere, they have such Jekyll/Hyde personalities, don't they? :) When I'm after them in the forest, they're like ghosts. Yet, they seemed intent to jack your car in broad daylight.
