Ocean

the voice you speak now
is not the same sweet lyric
but I still hear you

(Photo from the side of our front porch for the week. Anyone care for a margarita?)

Nothing stays the same, does it? Can we adapt, or do we lose something--or everything--through the changes?

The denoted season is the season of change. I like it for my hearing has changed greatly over the years.

I remember your post in the middle of winter, written while sitting in your car in the freezing cold. So glad you are enjoying the ocean with your family J. I live about three miles from the beach and appreciate that I do.

Hello Jason

"When anxious, uneasy and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused."
- Rainer Maria Rilke

Enjoy. Linda

Charles, anyone I would know?

Szelsofa, something you never forget. :)

Shakespeare, that's a great question. I don't have the answer just yet.

Walking Man, sometimes those seasons are tough. I'm looking for charm and good in each.

Lee, I'm sure it's part of you. At home, we live about 2 hours from the Jersey Shore, but it's nothing like here.

Linda, inspiring words. Thank you!
