Fly on the Ocean Mists

In honor of St. Patrick's Day and my Irish (well, melting pot) heritage, I offer you a journey in images from the ocean to the emerald forest and O Danny Boy on the low whistle. May spring be close by you!

Every time I hear Danny Boy I think of Jeeves and Wooster.

Happy St. Patty's Day! I'll raise a glass of green beer to ya!

Naww I be an American now and not in the land of my forebears so I will no be drinking green anything (unless it be made by Vicks)and slapping every hand away from me that tries to pinch me for wearing my usual standard fare.

I'll drink to that!

I love how your video goes from cold, grey, misty scenes to warm, green, sunny days. (Just noticed that!)

I'll add an old Irish blessing to your day:
May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those you love near you,
and all your heart might desire.

:)

(Ha! My verification is "ablog"-- Yes. It is. And a mighty fine one at that!)

Beautiful!

Happy Paddy's Day to you Jason! OK I'm a little late, perhaps. Let's say I'm on Irish time and leave it at that ;-)

Laurel, cheers!

Stephen, my pleasure. Thanks for checking it out!

Karen, right back at ya.

Shadow, I normally put a southern hemisphere disclaimer in my posts. Sorry you're heading for cold!

Walking Man, you sound traumatized.

Lakeviewer, I'll pour you another.

Aine, I love that blessing! The older I get, the more those comforts mean. And thanks for pointing out some of the intricacies in the video! :D

Terri, you're not late! Just in time for another round of Guiness.

I'll join in for a round of Guiness anytime of the year. ;)

Just beautiful, Jason.
Danny Boy always makes me cry for the pathos of it.
